Example: a school with 300 students pays 4 500 000 UZS a month on Start or 7 500 000 UZS on Pro. Payment is by bank transfer or cash, once a month.

How is the monthly amount counted?

StudyTrail counts your active students every day. At the end of the month you pay for the highest number, never less than the plan minimum. Graduates and removed students are not counted.

When do we pay?

We send your amount two days before the month ends; payment is due by the last day of the month. If it is not received, the school portal pauses until it is. Your data is never deleted.

How do we start?

Send a request. We call you, agree on the start date and set up your school after the first payment. You receive an invitation link to your workspace.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away; the new price starts with the next month.

Does every school get its own address and database?

Yes, including every school in a network. A school principal only ever sees their own school; network directors see all of them.

Can our existing website stay where it is?

Yes. For example, the NavoiyPS public website stays at navoiyps.uz, while its school portal runs on StudyTrail.
