The service

StudyTrail provides each school its own portal, database and address, with the features of its plan (Start, Pro or Network).

Paying

The monthly price is per student, counted on the busiest day of the month and never below the plan minimum. The amount is sent two days before the month ends and is due by its last day.

Unpaid months

If payment has not arrived when the month ends, the portal pauses until it does. Nothing is deleted.

Changing plans

Upgrades apply straight away; the new price starts with the next month. A school can cancel before the next month begins.

The school’s part

The school decides who gets an account and is responsible for the information it enters and the people it invites.

Changes to these terms

We tell schools in advance about any change that affects them.
